Description

  • Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration paperwork.
  • Oversee customer experience and employee experience at the market operations site.
  • Lead mentoring and training programs for team members.
  • Develop team members and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Work independently and make decisions in an autonomous, fast-changing environment.
  • Coordinate with leadership at Carvana’s Phoenix home office.
  • Support community outreach efforts.
  • Examine processes and develop creative solutions to improve operations.
  • Handle multiple projects and day-to-day priorities at once.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
  • Experience handling logistics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt to change.
  • Strong appreciation for differing opinions and diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to manage both employee and customer experience in challenging situations.
  • Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check; visa sponsorship is not available.
