Description

Manage and optimize liquidity across DEXs, lending protocols, and centralized exchanges.
Oversee bridging and cross-chain fund movements.
Execute on-chain transactions and manage multi-signature treasury wallets.
Monitor smart contract interactions and related operational activity.
Implement digital asset risk controls, including slippage monitoring, gas optimization, and counterparty risk management.
Serve as the internal expert on Web3 curator activities.
Provide operational feedback on new crypto-product designs.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Web3, such as crypto fund, DAO treasury, or DeFi protocol operations.
Hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity provisioning.
Experience managing non-custodial wallets.
Deep understanding of the DeFi landscape.
Strong knowledge of crypto-specific risk management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
