Description

  • Collaborate closely with art, development, and product teams to move game ideas forward.
  • Generate hybrid-casual game ideas and contribute to early product concepts.
  • Track project progress through roadmap creation, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor and interpret current hybrid-casual market trends to inform future product direction.
  • Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, analysis, documentation, and productivity.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with the Unity Editor and relevant hands-on experience using the Unity game engine.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid-casual game mechanics and current market trends.
  • Experience creating game ideas and contributing to early-stage product concepts.
  • Passion for mobile games and awareness of developments across the gaming industry.
  • Experience with roadmap creation, project tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a remote work environment.
  • Previously worked on a game concept or level design that became a hit product (preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of programming processes (preferred).
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken (preferred).
  • Portfolio submission preferred, including game design documents and/or links to games where you handled level design or product management.
