Description

  • Manage and coordinate web and e-commerce projects from initial onboarding through final delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead discovery and onboarding to gather technical, marketing, and business requirements.
  • Oversee projects built on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
  • Coordinate third-party and API integrations, including payment, logistics, analytics, and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with web developers to define feasible solutions, timelines, and technical approaches.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure websites and online stores support performance marketing, tracking, and scalability.
  • Guide clients through technical and strategic decisions and translate complexity into clear recommendations.
  • Prevent scope creep by identifying risks early and managing changes proactively.
  • Maintain structured project documentation, including onboarding materials, access details, checklists, decisions, and handovers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience coordinating or managing web or e-commerce projects, ideally in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of web development workflows, including custom builds, clean code approaches, and third-party or API integrations.
  • Experience acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
  • Confidence in leading client communication, managing expectations, and preventing scope creep.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with web developers and marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Availability and responsiveness during standard office hours in Slovenia.
  • Must be able to work full-time and have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or PC.
