Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Develop marketing strategies and monthly campaign calendars for assigned clients.
  • Communicate client needs, requests, and feedback to internal teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Write client reports and regularly present campaign performance, revenue, and A/B test results.
  • Analyze customer data, demographics, and trends to improve campaign results and set weekly goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and churn risk while implementing retention strategies.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and client issues and support resolution across the service process.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and present new services to clients through targeted campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of creatives or marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Experience in account management or agency work is preferred.
  • Experience working with remote teams or international teammates is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay highly accountable and responsive.
  • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time, and able to work 30–35 hours per week.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and be able to join virtual video conferences.
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a major advantage.
