Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients establishing technical integrations with 400+ payroll providers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of payroll provider systems and review incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that affect data flow between clients, Human Interest, and payroll partners.
  • Evaluate data discrepancies independently and make appropriate adjustments with awareness of business impact.
  • Draft procedures that document the flow of payroll-related information and related regulatory considerations.
  • Investigate technology issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Guide clients through data analysis and support their data transmission efforts.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders while focusing on needs-driven solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help lead projects that may broadly impact the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional role with strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • At least 1 year of dedicated customer service experience with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, work independently, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with retirement plans or payroll providers, with a general understanding of relevant industry regulations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different HRIS/client systems, troubleshoot software issues, and execute solutions under tight timelines.
  • Passion for process improvement, willingness to learn new programs, and ability to champion change.
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
  • Exceptional PC literacy, including advanced expertise in G-Suite.
  • Familiarity with SEC, DOL, and IRS regulations impacting payroll-related processes (preferred).
