Description

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with large accounting firms and other strategic partners in North America.
  • Drive commercial outcomes through thoughtful planning, precise execution, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Operate as an individual contributor within a matrixed organization and influence internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Engage senior external stakeholders and internal leadership with clear, professional communication.
  • Provide partner enablement through training, support, and resources on product features, tools, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or issues in partner relationships in ways that support business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partner relationships, including setting expectations and aligning on outcomes.
  • Assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, strategic alliances, or strategic account management.
  • Experience working with large, complex external partners, ideally in accounting, consulting, fintech, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Direct experience working with or managing relationships in the accounting or professional services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong ability to operate within and influence a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with partner products, reporting, services, and the broader financial technology ecosystem is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
  • Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and with limited guidance.

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, plus a variable target of $90,000.
