Description

  • Coach, develop, and support a team of Operations Specialists/Associates.
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex operational issues to completion.
  • Monitor KPIs and leading indicators to maintain accuracy in financial transaction processing.
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across team workflows and procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by monitoring team productivity and quality.
  • Investigate technology issues, determine root causes, and partner with other departments on solutions.
  • Support onboarding needs for new clients and coordinate workload across teams.
  • Partner on staffing, training, cross-functional initiatives, and project work.
  • Keep the team informed about new processes and product enhancements.
  • Use retirement service knowledge to answer questions and gather needed information to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in contact center, financial services management, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of retirement plan services payroll and recordkeeping operations is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using data to inform business decisions and achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally on issue resolution and technology or project implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high-care, low-ego approach.
  • Self-driven with eagerness to learn new programs, systems, and tools.
  • Eagerness to promote change.

  • Base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
  • Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity.
