Description

  • Develop visual concepts and translate abstract ideas into cohesive digital experiences.
  • Design high-quality web and mobile experiences.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, libraries, and UI assets.
  • Develop components for A/B testing and iterative design experiments.
  • Produce mockups and prototypes that communicate product vision.
  • Apply Atomic Design principles to build modular, reusable visual systems.
  • Create light motion and animation using After Effects or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers using a basic understanding of CSS to support accurate implementation.
  • Design experiences for multiple languages, regions, and localized content.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to clients while partnering with UX, Product, Development, and Creative Direction teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to develop compelling visual concepts.
  • High proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, variables, and auto layout.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable visual systems.
  • Experience creating UI assets and components for A/B testing and iterative design.
  • Strong mockup and prototyping skills.
  • Knowledge of Atomic Design principles and modular design systems.
  • Basic understanding of CSS and effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with UI design and localization across languages and regions.
  • Client-facing communication skills and experience presenting and defending design decisions.

  • Salary range of $89,000–$110,000 USD.
