Description

  • Own design execution from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS, MarTech, and operational platforms.
  • Plan and conduct user interviews and usability testing, translating findings into design decisions.
  • Contribute scalable design-system components, patterns, and tokens across design and development.
  • Partner with stakeholders on structured user acceptance testing to validate designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams while clearly communicating design decisions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and improve the visual identity thoughtfully.
  • Support Agile/Scrum workflows by prioritizing work and delivering iterative improvements each sprint.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio and end-to-end case studies.
  • Required experience designing for ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, journey mapping, conversion optimization, and responsive design.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout, and tokens.
  • Experience building or contributing to a production design system.
  • Experience designing within CMS platforms such as Contentful, Builder.io, WordPress, or Fastr, plus MarTech systems.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools, data-informed design, and project management tools such as Jira or Monday.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: digital health or telehealth experience; CSS/Sass, design tokenization, or Storybook experience.

  • Salary range of $80,000–$110,000.
  • Discretionary annual bonus eligibility of up to 10%.
