Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design from problem definition and exploration through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
  • Simplify complex workflows, rules, and marketplace dynamics into clear and intuitive experiences.
  • Conduct interviews and user research with members and hosts to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Partner with product managers to shape strategy and connect customer needs to measurable business outcomes.
  • Use data, feedback, prototypes, and experiments to test assumptions and improve experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Create polished, responsive web and mobile interfaces in Figma using reusable components and PadSplit’s design system.
  • Prototype and design AI-powered workflows and features with engineering, machine learning, and AI teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably acquisition funnels or marketplace products.
  • Strong user research skills and experience engaging directly with users.
  • Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, rent, ROI, occupancy, and other business outcomes.
  • Experience designing multi-step processes, complex services, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
  • Expertise in Figma and interaction design across web and mobile.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience with component reuse and design systems.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and using modern AI tools.
  • Collaborative, humble, curious, authentic, and mission-driven approach.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete the I-9 and E-Verify process.
