Description

  • Lead the global commercial operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including revenue planning, forecasting, systems, deal desk, and renewals.
  • Own the transition from a traditional SaaS RevOps model to an AI-first, agentic operating model by redesigning tools, processes, and team structure.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing global team of about 150 people across planning and insights, strategic programs, systems, deal desk, renewals, and segment operations.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and the C-suite on business model evolution, including hybrid seats + credits pricing and a segment-first go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive upmarket growth by rethinking data architecture, enabling a target account model, and supporting vertical and product specialization.
  • Build the analytics and visibility layer used for executive and board-level revenue decision-making.
  • Deploy AI and automation across RevOps workflows to reduce cycle times and eliminate low-leverage work.
  • Scale the revenue planning function for a hybrid pricing model anchored on seats and agentic usage credits.
  • Own the data and analytics layer that provides timely visibility into revenue performance and supports strategic narratives for senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team while building strong cross-functional relationships with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the CCO.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Operations at a scaled software or tech company.
  • Meaningful recent experience at a fast-moving, AI-forward organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a major GTM or business model transition, such as segmentation redesign, pricing model change, or coverage model evolution.
  • Deep comfort building and operating AI-first workflows, with hands-on experimentation using AI tooling.
  • Strong data and analytics foundation, including the ability to structure the data layer and move between strategy and analytical detail.
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams of 100+ through significant change.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives for executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward action and execution.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A is a plus.
  • Experience at companies like Salesforce, Workday, Atlassian, AWS, Ramp, or Clay is particularly relevant.
