Description

  • Continuously learn HubSpot’s platform, products, and evolving market to maintain up-to-date product expertise.
  • Partner with sales reps to progress opportunities through internal prep, deal support, customer-facing meetings, demos, and solution building.
  • Provide technical and product guidance on calls and asynchronously (Slack, Loom, Zoom) to consult on use cases and move deals forward.
  • Build custom assets and demo recordings to address prospect needs and create scalable sales content.
  • Answer technical questions offline or on prospect calls to ensure product fit and instill buyer confidence.
  • Recommend product configurations and best practices for setup and adoption to help customers succeed.
  • Operate customer-centrically and remain beta-tolerant, adapting recommendations as the platform evolves.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical, sales, or customer-facing role (examples: Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success/Onboarding, Product Expert, Account Executive, Inbound Success, BDR).
  • Tech-savvy with a desire to learn in-depth product knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to conceptually understand technical concepts and overall technologies, such as how APIs work and backend/frontend systems.
  • Storytelling and value-positioning skills to drive business change and communicate product impact.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and drive sales.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachieving targets/KPIs.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, the MarTech and CRM market conditions, and common competitors.
  • Completion of HubSpot Marketing or Sales Certifications is a nice-to-have.
  • Genuine curiosity, a growth mindset, and a habit of seeking feedback for self-development (preferred soft qualities).
