Description

  • Position HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology to medium‑sized businesses to demonstrate value and fit
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand how HubSpot can grow their business
  • Identify, prospect into, and develop relationships with good‑fit accounts that may have varying levels of HubSpot knowledge
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self‑sourced leads, prioritizing opportunities and progressing deals to close
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine strategic fit and ROI for HubSpot solutions
  • Close new and expansion business at or above quota, including net‑new customer acquisition and cross‑sell/up‑sell
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to execute go‑to‑market and product launch strategies
  • Work with and develop business development representatives who support pipeline generation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant full‑cycle sales experience
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing net‑new business (strong hunter mentality)
  • Experience cross‑selling and up‑selling to existing customers
  • Comfort using multiple outbound approaches to generate new business
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Top producer track record in current or prior roles
  • Strong organizational skills and a repeatable sales process
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams while working remotely and autonomously
  • Positive growth mindset with accountability for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range: $130,000 — $205,000 USD (includes base, on‑target commission, and annual bonus targets)
  • Eligible roles may participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • On‑target commission and annual bonus opportunities; some roles may be eligible for overtime pay
