Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Prospect and generate new business from inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls and sales processes end-to-end with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install-base deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual quota.
  • Drive expansion of customer usage over time and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and change management.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to multiple stakeholders including C-level buyers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Professional fluency in English and French.
  • Experience selling in a complex selling environment.
  • Proven experience presenting and pitching business change to C-level executives.
  • Experience managing monthly and annual pipeline with demonstrated forecasting accuracy.
  • Track record of meeting or overachieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Training or certification in a standardized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
  • Preferred: strong understanding of business growth and ability to advise C-level on growth strategies.
  • Preferred: genuine curiosity about business and technology, a growth mindset, and history of taking on additional team responsibilities (e.g., coaching, mentoring).
