Description

  • Drive adoption of an AI-driven QA approach across products and platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade test automation using Playwright.
  • Help establish automation-first QA standards, governance, reporting, and best practices.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to generate and scale test cases.
  • Support test data strategy, regression design, observability, and AI-assisted test generation standards.
  • Reduce reliance on manual and outsourced QA efforts by expanding automation coverage.
  • Execute and extend regression testing across multiple applications.
  • Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to identify and prioritize high-value automation scenarios.
  • Define and track quality metrics such as coverage, regression cycle time, defect escape rate, and throughput.
  • Document frameworks, share knowledge, and promote reuse across the QA organization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and KPI trends to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA or Software Quality Engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience building test automation frameworks, with Playwright required.
  • Experience developing and scaling automated test suites for enterprise SaaS or cloud-based applications.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Experience using AI in advanced QA workflows such as large-scale test generation, optimization, or intelligent test selection.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude in development or QA workflows.
  • Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of regression testing strategies, test design and coverage, and automation best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DevOps teams.
  • Preferred: experience scaling automation across multiple applications or product lines.
  • Preferred: experience with agent-based or model-assisted testing approaches.
  • Preferred: experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
  • Preferred: experience helping transition teams from manual or outsourced QA to automation-first processes.
  • Preferred: experience testing complex, highly integrated SaaS platforms, including multi-service or multi-tenant environments.
  • Preferred: experience building or expanding API automation frameworks, including REST and/or GraphQL.
  • Preferred: experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum certification is a plus.
