Description

  • Lead the strategy and development of the Marketing Suite, including AI-driven autonomous sales agents that engage, qualify, and book meetings for professionals in real time.
  • Own and innovate the consumer platform experiences across Photos, Ideabooks, Stories, Discussions, and the Homefeed.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead fulfillment process to ensure leads from Houzz and external channels are nurtured and converted quickly.
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation tools that help professionals capture demand beyond Houzz, including website optimization, custom lead forms, and consumer utility tools.
  • Implement AI-driven gating and lead integrity mechanisms to protect professionals from spam and low-value opportunities.
  • Build attribution and reporting capabilities that demonstrate ROI across homeowner touchpoints and the Marketing Suite.
  • Collaborate across product surfaces to connect homeowner inspiration, engagement, and professional conversion into a cohesive funnel.
  • Navigate complex dependencies and ambiguity in a fast-moving, startup-like environment within a larger organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building large-scale B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Deep understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated lead engagement.
  • Experience managing high-traffic content, social, or community platforms such as Photos, feeds, or community tools.
  • Track record of owning both top-of-funnel engagement/discovery and bottom-of-funnel monetization/fulfillment.
  • Ability to analyze complex project-matching algorithms and multi-channel attribution models.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful launch experience for a new product track or a zero-to-one initiative within an existing platform (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks such as qualification, appointment setting, or CRM data entry (preferred).
  • Background in marketplace or SaaS growth, especially moving users from free/organic to paid/subscription (preferred).
