Description

  • Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the population health platform across risk adjustment, quality, care management, and network performance.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of product managers across the population health portfolio.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, design, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
  • Set product priorities across strategic investments, customer commitments, and platform work.
  • Define success metrics for the portfolio and build a culture of measurement, learning, and iteration.
  • Serve as the product voice for strategic population health customers and close the loop from feedback to roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with sales, pre-sales, and customer success to understand market wins, losses, and product gaps.
  • Build relationships with clinical and operational leaders at customer organizations to inform product strategy.
  • Represent Innovaccer in external forums such as industry conferences, advisory boards, and regulatory consultations.
  • Champion AI-native product development practices across the product lifecycle and ensure capabilities scale on the AI-native platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role at a healthcare technology company.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in population health, including risk adjustment, quality measurement, care management workflows, and value-based care program mechanics.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with experience implementing AI tools across research, discovery, spec writing, iteration, and product experiences.
  • Experience shipping enterprise healthcare SaaS products at scale within health system or payer workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with clinical and operational data alongside data science teams.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, including strategy writing and executive presentation.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and policy landscape for value-based care, including CMS programs, ACO models, state Medicaid waivers, and quality reporting requirements.
  • Nice to have: experience designing or operating care delivery programs, clinical operations experience, Medicaid/Medicare Advantage/MSSP/ACO REACH background, interoperability knowledge (FHIR, HL7), or prior experience in a health system, payer, or ACO/physician group.
