Description

  • Develop impactful advertising campaigns by analyzing briefs, audience needs, product context, and channel requirements.
  • Collaborate with copywriting, video, and project management teams to generate ideas and solve campaign challenges.
  • Partner with product marketing teams, country managers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
  • Design multi-channel marketing assets for formats such as YouTube ads, Meta banners, blog visuals, and email creatives.
  • Refine, test, and improve concepts through iteration to maximize creative impact and performance.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate creative development, explore new design directions, and improve workflows.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers by providing feedback, guidance, and support for their growth.
  • Maintain design quality and ensure visual work aligns with Hostinger’s evolving brand identity.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in marketing campaign design or branding projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to enhance and craft designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high graphic design standards.
  • Experience supporting junior and mid-level designers with constructive feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle uncertainty by taking ownership and finding solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in international or cross-functional teams is implied by the role context.
