Description

  • Lead hands-on creation and A/B testing of ad copy, static visuals, motion graphics, short-form videos, and carousel assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Iterate creative concepts based on real-time performance data to improve engagement and return on ad spend.
  • Partner with design and video teams to produce polished assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue to guide optimization.
  • Stay current on short-form video trends, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithms to inform creative experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in ad production and A/B testing with strong ROAS, ideally 3x+.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, and Canva.
  • Experience with ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong copywriting, visual design, and video editing skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing performance-tested creative assets.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving creative optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team settings.
