Description

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe, especially in France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and track partner performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives that increase Hostinger’s visibility and revenue.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.
  • Use automation and AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape.
  • Knowledge of local affiliates such as news and technology websites, coupon websites, and digital communities.
  • Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • General proficiency with AI and automation tools in daily workflows.
  • Fluent in English and one additional European language relevant to the markets, such as French, German, or Italian.
