Description

  • Drive outcomes and own results across multi-million-dollar business lines.
  • Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap into shippable projects aligned with company goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape requirements and features.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps based on customer insights.
  • Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to deliver features that solve the right problems.
  • Ensure new features launch smoothly and as close to schedule as possible.
  • Prioritize work, set execution pace, and balance engineering cost against business impact.
  • Track product usage and impact on end users.
  • Recommend opportunities to expand the product and innovate.
  • Manage multiple complex projects while maintaining a regular release cadence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for articulating customer concerns clearly and precisely.
  • High empathy toward both customers and teammates.
  • Proven track record of owning 0→1 end-to-end product and feature development.
  • Strong focus on shipping products and making trade-offs among competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage projects by structuring work into categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent in driving product success.
  • Ability to make decisions amid uncertainty without needing external support to maintain momentum.
  • Ability to work under European or U.S. East Coast time zones.
  • Open to candidates who may not meet every listed qualification if they can demonstrate strong overall fit.

  • Competitive total compensation budget of USD $170,000 to $207,546.90 depending on location.
  • For U.S. employees, gross compensation of USD $156,749.60 to $191,369.96.

  • Equity participation through RSUs with a current grant value of up to $75,471.60.
