Description

  • Build, improve, and own frontend features that deliver value to hosts and their guests.
  • Partner with product, sales, customer success, and other engineers to develop and ship solutions.
  • Help shape product direction by contributing ideas and feedback rather than only executing specs.
  • Break work into smaller chunks to ship MVPs sooner and deliver value faster.
  • Use observability tools such as LogRocket and Sentry to track, debug, and improve production features.
  • Take ownership and accountability for shipping high-quality user experiences and iterating on them.
  • Help maintain and improve the frontend codebases.
  • Work closely with a distributed product and engineering team across multiple projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Remote-only role; location is not a requirement, but European timezones are preferred.
  • Experience with modern Angular, RxJS, and Tailwind.
  • A strong shipping mentality focused on real customer feedback and iteration.
  • Prioritization of customer and business value over perfect code.
  • Experience with hybrid mobile apps such as Ionic or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with web components is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fully distributed team environment.
  • Interest in working on a product-focused frontend team in the Laravel and Angular stack.

Benefits

  • Total compensation budget of $134,450.00 - $167,258.30 depending on cost of living.
  • International hiring available, either as a contractor or as an employee in the US, EU, or Australia.
  • For US employees, gross salary could range from $123,995.91 to $154,253.22.
  • Equity participation through $HOST token RSUs with a current grant value of up to $76,026.50.
  • Eligibility for up to an additional $387,944.00 per year in Performance Share Units.
  • For US employees: healthcare coverage including EPO, PPO, and HSA, plus 401(k).
  • 35 days off per year, including encouraged self-serve public holidays, plus parental leave.
