Description

  • Generate qualified meetings for Account Executive teams through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to target accounts.
  • Send personalized SMS and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.
  • Run coordinated email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences and events.
  • Capture leads at events and follow up before and after conferences.
  • Qualify prospects using ideal customer profile criteria and BANT.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of touchpoints, prospect status, and next steps.
  • Track outreach performance, analyze metrics, and optimize cadences for conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and AEs to improve messaging, campaigns, and vertical-specific outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals such as calls, messages, and meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
  • Based in the United States is the ideal fit for this role.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events.
  • Demonstrated interest in building a career in sales, including internships, campus involvement, or clubs.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales organization.
  • Confident communication skills across phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to write concise, compelling outreach messages.
  • Comfortable with high-volume daily outbound activity and a coachable mindset.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting tools such as Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to quickly learn new sales technology and workflows.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
