Description

  • Independently manage and grow practice revenue with assigned Horizontal partners.
  • Work with the Head of Growth to develop and execute strategic alliance plans aligned to market needs and business growth.
  • Coordinate bi-directional information sharing and data tracking across marketing, sales, delivery, and partner organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with partner managers, marketing leaders, sales teams, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report alliance performance metrics, including opportunities, ACV, project CSAT, and team certifications.
  • Lead business development activities with partners, including identifying opportunities within sales pursuits and supporting joint marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a partner advocate internally to help generate leads from partner sales representatives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that can drive additional leads and business to Horizontal Digital.
  • Demonstrate understanding of partner strategies, GTM propositions, target markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities.
  • Leverage an existing network of partner contacts to arrange and participate in meetings that support alliance growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into the enterprise market or building alliance relationships.
  • Digital consulting experience, preferably in the DXP or commerce space.
  • Proven experience building and managing complex, revenue-generating relationships.
  • Experience working at a startup or digital agency.
  • Business development experience in a consulting or channel environment.
  • Broad understanding of the digital ecosystem and how to use best-in-class solutions to grow the business across partners.
  • Strong current relationships with Alliance Managers, AEs, and VPs across some or all of Horizontal’s partner ecosystem, including Sitecore, Contentstack, Optimizely, Shopify, Bynder, Aprimo, Coveo, Algolia, and Vercel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
