Description

  • Deliver personalized insurance quotes and service for non-Horace Mann products tailored to client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and web channels.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications.
  • Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including approvals, payments, and signatures.
  • Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews.
  • Meet production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-up.
  • Use sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  • Availability to work remotely during standard operating hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST.
  • Availability for occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CST.
  • Start date of June 22, 2026.
