Description

  • Design and develop a tiered developer training program with builder levels and trigger-based modules for AI, sensitive data, privileged access, integrations, and business ownership.
  • Document the risk overlay framework and provide practical guidance on applicable controls and developer actions.
  • Build solution intake and classification workflows covering tier assignment, overlays, and approved build paths.
  • Establish compliance processes for training completion, access gating, and recurring attestations.
  • Document development tooling standards and approved integration catalogs, packages, registries, and external connections.
  • Provide technical assistance and serve as the first point of contact for developer process and tooling questions.
  • Conduct training sessions, maintain enablement content, and track completion against access requirements.
  • Coordinate with Security, Architecture, Governance, and Data teams to maintain current documentation and processes.
  • Analyze support trends to improve training, documentation, and tooling defaults.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, software development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Git, CI/CD pipelines, package management, secrets management, and deployment fundamentals.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training, documentation, or enablement content.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying technical experience.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and issue, risk, and dependency documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage curriculum, process documentation, support requests, and compliance tracking simultaneously.

  • Salary range of $76,600–$106,450, commensurate with experience and location.
