Description

  • Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, ML/Data Science contributors, and Technical PMs.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers on intake, calibration, and offer strategy.
  • Source, engage, interview, and close technical talent with strong candidate care.
  • Build and maintain client relationships under the guidance of a Principal recruiter.
  • Use Moon Engine daily on active searches and provide feedback on what works, what is confusing, and what is missing.
  • Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, screening, and matching as platform features are introduced.
  • Join feedback sessions with engineering and product teams and translate recruiting friction into roadmap input.
  • Document patterns and best practices as you learn them.
  • Help co-onboard enterprise clients and train their recruiting teams on AI-enabled workflows as the role grows.
  • Take on increasing ownership of client relationships while progressing toward a Principal Technical Recruiter seat.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house, at an agency, or in an RPO environment.
  • Experience closing engineering, data, or product roles.
  • Solid recruiting fundamentals across sourcing, intake, screening, scheduling, offer support, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong candidate communication skills, including compelling outreach and effective phone screens.
  • Ability to build rapport with passive candidates.
  • Coachable and ambitious, with a strong desire to grow into a Principal role.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and interest in learning how it can augment recruiting.
  • Comfort learning new tools, working through ambiguity, and stretching beyond prior experience.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • LATAM-based candidates are strongly preferred for US time-zone overlap.
  • Preferred experience recruiting for ML/AI, Data Science, or platform/infra engineering roles.
  • Preferred hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI sourcing platforms.
  • Preferred background at high-growth tech companies, well-known recruiting agencies, or in-house technical recruiting teams.
  • Preferred experience with automations, Boolean search techniques, or workflow efficiency hacks.
  • Preferred comfort giving product feedback or working closely with technical teammates.
