Description

  • Validate the ideal customer profile and refine positioning through rapid paid testing.
  • Operate paid campaigns directly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel journeys from ads to landing pages to lifecycle follow-up.
  • Create and systematize customer proof assets such as UGC, testimonials, and case snippets.
  • Stand up lightweight lead capture, routing, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Deliver clear weekly performance insights tied to pipeline outcomes.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve segmentation, creative iteration, and operational workflows.
  • Partner directly with founders on narrative, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Own end-to-end marketing for Moon Engine’s relaunch.

Requirements

  • Proven 0→1 B2B SaaS growth experience.
  • Direct experience operating paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with Reddit Ads experience required.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to measure baseline, action, and lift.
  • Experience building proof or UGC systems that support conversion and pipeline.
  • Ability to set up lightweight lead routing and reporting without a dedicated RevOps function.
  • High communication clarity for positioning, metric storytelling, and decision narratives.
  • Demonstrated use of AI and automation workflows that created measurable impact.
  • Must be open to candidates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland.
  • C2-level English proficiency is required.
