Description

Validate the ideal customer profile and refine positioning through rapid paid testing.
Operate paid campaigns directly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
Build and optimize full-funnel journeys from ads to landing pages to lifecycle follow-up.
Create and systematize customer proof assets such as UGC, testimonials, and case snippets.
Stand up lightweight lead capture, routing, and reporting infrastructure.
Deliver clear weekly performance insights tied to pipeline outcomes.
Use AI and automation tools to improve segmentation, creative iteration, and operational workflows.
Partner directly with founders on narrative, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
Own end-to-end marketing for Moon Engine’s relaunch.

Requirements

Proven 0→1 B2B SaaS growth experience.
Direct experience operating paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with Reddit Ads experience required.
Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to measure baseline, action, and lift.
Experience building proof or UGC systems that support conversion and pipeline.
Ability to set up lightweight lead routing and reporting without a dedicated RevOps function.
High communication clarity for positioning, metric storytelling, and decision narratives.
Demonstrated use of AI and automation workflows that created measurable impact.
Must be open to candidates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland.
C2-level English proficiency is required.
