Description

  • Lead business assessments of newly acquired businesses, including financial performance, organizational structure, market dynamics, operational workflows, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute stabilization and transition plans that balance change management with business continuity.
  • Evaluate talent and leadership capability within acquired businesses and recommend staffing and retention plans.
  • Partner with local leaders and employees through significant change while building trust and accountability.
  • Lead adoption of Honor’s operating procedures, systems, reporting, and performance management practices across sales and care delivery.
  • Coordinate client, Care Pro, and system migrations with the Implementations team to ensure readiness and continuity.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams on implementation activities.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve sales, referrals, recruiting, and operational execution.
  • Coach local leaders on operational management, performance expectations, and decision-making.
  • Capture learnings from acquisitions and develop repeatable tools, playbooks, and transition frameworks for future integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading operational teams, business units, or multi-functional initiatives with accountability for business performance and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or business turnarounds.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose issues, prioritize opportunities, and measure results.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, M&A integration, or other service-based industries is a plus.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel about three days a week, three weeks per month, with some months requiring no travel.
