Description

  • Deliver high-quality instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings for employees, partners, and customers.
  • Facilitate engaging, inclusive learning sessions that maintain pacing, comprehension, and learner participation.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and cross-functional teams to improve presentations, exercises, labs, and facilitation guides.
  • Establish repeatable processes to evaluate session feedback and implement measurable improvements to training outcomes.
  • Contribute to curriculum strategy by supporting course updates, train-the-trainer resources, and grading rubrics.
  • Manage LMS activities for blended learning programs, including learner progress, assignment feedback, troubleshooting, and scheduling.
  • Use collaboration platforms, learning systems, and AI tools to prepare materials, summarize feedback, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment grounded in transparency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and proactively implement solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external learners to support trust, engagement, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training for complex, enterprise-grade software products.
  • Direct L&D, consulting, and/or customer success experience within the investment management software industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including time management, discussion leadership, Q&A handling, and learner engagement.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and enterprise workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and understand workflows across multiple personas and user roles.
  • Professional executive presence suitable for customer-facing and leadership-level delivery environments.
  • Experience using LMS platforms and virtual training tools such as Zoom or webinar platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive facilitation principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving, continuous improvement, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn cutting-edge technologies and build domain expertise.
  • Serious interest in having fun at work.
  • Work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
  • Experience contributing to content standards, facilitation playbooks, or learning templates is a bonus.
  • Experience supporting certification programs or structured learning pathways for enterprise software users is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Starting salary range of $124,000–$155,000, with $136,000–$170,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area.
