Description

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive product experiences.
  • Own feature rollouts end to end, from research and wireframes through testing, release, and iteration.
  • Conduct research interviews and create wireframes and mockups for engineering.
  • Support the rebuilding and evolution of the design system to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Seek feedback and coordinate launch efforts across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
  • Analyze competitors to inform differentiation and improve the product experience.
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing product experiences across the platform.
  • Help improve design practices and systems within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a high-performance startup or technology company.
  • A portfolio demonstrating multiple responsive web apps and feature launches.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and survey research.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently while also collaborating and seeking feedback from teammates.
  • Ability to ship quickly and create high-quality designs in short cycle times.
  • High flexibility and coachability.
  • Interest in improving the complex process of buying and selling a home.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, lending, mortgage, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system is preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams is preferred.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Applicants must be based in Latin America.
