Description

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creative and client teams.
Lead and mentor the creative team while fostering a collaborative, optimistic, and proactive culture.
Define and implement design strategies that set high visual and conceptual standards.
Generate strategic insights and moodboards to support creative innovation.
Drive complex digital projects from kickoff through completion.
Ensure deliverables exceed client expectations while staying on budget and on schedule.
Establish project direction, create guidelines, and assist with production as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
Contribute to the design discipline by mentoring, sharing ideas, and improving processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in design and interactive work for leading brands.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack.
Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
Experience developing and maintaining a robust design system.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex organizations.
