Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define sourcing strategies and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for engineering and product roles.
  • Proactively source, engage, and vet highly qualified technical candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate role expectations, company opportunities, and interview updates to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Track recruiting activity and metrics in ATS platforms and related recruiting tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven success sourcing, engaging, and hiring engineering and product talent.
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Expertise in talent strategy, market mapping, and proactive pipeline development.
  • Ability to consult with and influence hiring teams using data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Experience sourcing and closing Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other technical roles through LinkedIn, GitHub, professional networks, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever, Ashby, and Greenhouse.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Data-driven, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
  • Professional, confidential, and collaborative team player.
  • U.S.-based and available for a remote, full-time role.
