Description

  • Design and implement Azure cloud architecture for AI and real-time voice services.
  • Configure connectivity between Azure services, enterprise systems, APIs, and customer-facing channels.
  • Manage Private Endpoints, Private Link, VNET integration, DNS, and secure service-to-service communication.
  • Design secure connectivity for Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Speech Services, Microsoft Foundry, and related services.
  • Configure load balancing, traffic routing, API exposure, and network components for real-time voice communication.
  • Support WebSocket-based, streaming, and low-latency communication patterns for voice interactions.
  • Establish platform monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities.
  • Ensure resilience, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Partner with security and risk teams to meet enterprise, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, performance, and infrastructure issues through implementation and production rollout.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Deep expertise in Azure networking, including VNETs, NSGs, Private Link, ExpressRoute, VPN connectivity, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Experience implementing secure cloud architectures for customer-facing applications and APIs.
  • Experience supporting AI and data platforms in Azure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, identity management, authentication, and authorization patterns.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and operational monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and networking challenges.
  • Experience with real-time communication platforms, voice applications, telephony integrations, or contact center technologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming APIs, low-latency application design, Azure AI services, regulated industries, zero-trust, cloud governance, or production GenAI platforms (preferred).
