Description

  • Support quantitative and qualitative research projects for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries.
  • Create, load, test, proofread, and program research surveys and other research instruments.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, internal consistency, and face validity.
  • Analyze research data and help develop clear, concise, visually appealing reports tied to business objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once by prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including community management, programming, data processing, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Assist with daily moderation of research activities in online communities and extract insights.
  • Oversee data collection, ensure quotas are met, and maintain data quality.
  • Learn and become an expert user of the Research Engine platform.
  • Ensure project work stays within scope, contract, proposal, and timeline requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of prior market research experience, preferably with a research vendor company.
  • Knowledge of research techniques through coursework, internships, or work experience is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, and/or Alchemer.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks while contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and organized.
  • Capable of working independently and within teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, verbal, and written communication skills.
