Description

  • Test and evaluate client search engine responses to everyday user queries.
  • Complete online research assignments to assess search result quality and relevance.
  • Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to improve AI training data.
  • Analyze information critically and determine its relevance or significance.
  • Maintain required quality and accuracy service-level standards.
  • Complete assigned work independently within a home-based schedule.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Current residence in Italy.
  • Strong online research and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Understanding of Italian local popular culture.
  • Availability to work 5–20 hours per week, averaging approximately 15 hours.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet access.
  • Reliable antivirus software installed on the computer.
  • Ability to pass required training modules and a client assessment before starting.
  • Must sign and comply with the project NDA; only one Search Quality Rater is permitted per household.
