Description

  • Source and screen candidates across approximately three active requisitions at a time.
  • Run initial candidate screens to assess communication quality, role alignment, and client-readiness.
  • Conduct structured prep calls, including mock Q&A and role-specific coaching, to prepare candidates for client interviews.
  • Write detailed, evidence-based endorsement notes in ClickUp for every candidate advanced.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to clarify the real hiring profile behind each requisition.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the placement process and beyond.
  • Manage pipeline activity and ClickUp card hygiene to ensure no candidates or tasks fall through the cracks.
  • Track personal metrics and stay accountable to team KPIs for quality, retention, and time to hire.
  • Flag quality concerns, sourcing misalignment, and process gaps early in the process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote staffing or agency environment.
  • Strong judgment for candidate quality and the ability to distinguish interview performance from actual job performance.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple requisitions across different timelines, client types, and role functions.
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to track metrics, identify blockers, and provide proactive updates.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet, Zoom, or Loom.
  • Ability to deliver honest candidate assessments, including raising red flags when needed.
  • Growth mindset and a continuous focus on improving craft, process, and results.
  • Fully available to work 12am–9am PHT on a permanent schedule.
  • Nice-to-have experience recruiting for tech and SaaS, media and creative, professional services, or accounting and finance roles.
