Description

  • Own the full post-offer and onboarding experience by building trust, setting expectations, and clarifying success criteria before day one.
  • Drive 30/60/90 plans with clear milestones and honest check-ins at each stage.
  • Manage attendance, paid time off, overtime, and other operational requests for assigned Hireframers.
  • Partner with Account Managers to address and improve performance issues.
  • Understand each Hireframer’s career goals and actively support their long-term development.
  • Connect team members to upskilling resources and track their progress over time.
  • Lead coaching, feedback, and performance improvement conversations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and contribute directly to annual bonus recommendations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills with a warm, direct, and clear style.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing people in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Ability to hold people to high standards while making them feel supported.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a cohort without letting anyone fall through the cracks.
  • Ability to identify engagement and performance patterns, including who is disengaging or ready for more responsibility.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as performance management, attendance tracking, PTO, and bonus cycles.
  • Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and time/attendance platforms.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative in both thought and action.
