Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 20+ active client accounts across the US.
  • Lead monthly client syncs, including agenda setting, call facilitation, action item capture, and follow-up.
  • Proactively monitor account health and identify risk signals before they lead to churn.
  • Recognize expansion opportunities and initiate growth conversations with clients.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team on active placements and serve as the client’s point of accountability.
  • Maintain accurate account data, notes, and next steps to ensure strong data hygiene.
  • Escalate issues clearly and early when leadership involvement is needed.
  • Make sound ownership decisions that balance client needs and Hireframe’s interests.
  • Track retention and expansion performance against account goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or another client-facing role with end-to-end ownership of client relationships.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with founders, lean teams, and rapidly changing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with US-based clients.
  • Availability to work during US business hours and align schedules with client needs.
  • Highly coachable and growth-oriented, with the ability to absorb feedback and implement improvements quickly.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with accountability for retention and expansion metrics.
  • Demonstrated proactive communication, including providing updates and addressing issues before being prompted.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for managing a high volume of clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to US-based startup culture and expectations is preferred.
  • Experience managing or coordinating across offshore teams is preferred.
