Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 20+ active client accounts across the US.
  • Lead monthly client syncs, including agenda setting, call facilitation, action item capture, and follow-through.
  • Proactively monitor account health and identify risks before they become churn issues.
  • Recognize expansion opportunities and initiate growth conversations with clients.
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of accountability and coordinate with the recruiting team on active placements.
  • Maintain accurate account data, notes, and next steps with strong data hygiene.
  • Escalate issues to leadership early and clearly when needed.
  • Make sound decisions that balance client needs and Hireframe’s goals.
  • Build and maintain retention and satisfaction across a fast-moving client portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing role with end-to-end ownership of client relationships.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Availability to work during US business hours and align with client schedules.
  • Highly coachable and growth-oriented, with a willingness to ask questions and implement feedback quickly.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with accountability for retention and expansion metrics.
  • Demonstrated proactive communication skills, including providing updates and addressing issues before being prompted.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of clients without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to US-based startup culture and expectations is preferred.
  • Experience managing or coordinating across offshore teams is preferred.
