Description

  • Develop and execute lead generation and referral development strategies to produce warm, qualified prospects.
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners.
  • Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and maintain prospect and referral lists.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach using calls, SMS, and email with approved messaging and compliance standards.
  • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability.
  • Nurture leads through structured follow-up until they are ready for pre-assessment scheduling.
  • Schedule pre-assessment appointments with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients.
  • Conduct pre-assessment calls when needed to support high-volume or urgent periods.
  • Update CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs in real time after each interaction.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting.
  • High-ticket B2B or Healthcare/Home Care experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage the technical side of cold outreach, including domain procurement, DNS setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox warming.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Instantly.io for automated sequence management and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced skills in lead scraping and data mining to build targeted prospect lists from scratch.
  • Ability to manage and scale operations for a high volume of leads daily without compromising data integrity or deliverability.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
