Description

  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and care journeys.
  • Manage inbound and outbound patient communication by phone, SMS, and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Proactively reduce missed appointments, delays, and care disruptions.
  • Act as the bridge between patients and care providers.
  • Support patient engagement, retention, and response-time goals.
  • Work with high patient volume in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Monitor and contribute to appointment adherence and no-show reduction targets.

Requirements

  • NCLEX certification is required.
  • Experience in patient coordination, healthcare support, scheduling, or healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare workflows.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume communication across calls, SMS, and email.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
  • Comfort working proactively without waiting for instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps, with a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that can operate during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and functions during power interruptions.
  • Working webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
