Description

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leaders on growth and scaling decisions.
  • Lead conversations that shift clients from reactive hiring to intentional, long-term scaling.
  • Research industries, markets, and company trajectories to identify growth opportunities.
  • Advise clients on organizational structure, role prioritization, and team build-outs.
  • Develop actionable 30-60-90 day growth plans with measurable milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Build and refine scalable processes that reduce inefficiencies and eliminate reactive workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities and introduce systems that support long-term sustainability.
  • Strengthen client relationships by proactively introducing value-driven ideas and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through innovative workforce strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth strategy, client advisory, consulting, recruiting leadership, outsourcing, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of scaling teams, particularly within offshore or distributed workforce models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into practical execution plans.
  • Highly process-oriented with a strong appreciation for systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-focused approach to growth.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and the ability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
