Description

  • Manage bilingual client communications in English and Spanish throughout the demand process.
  • Coordinate settlement negotiations and release documentation with insurance adjusters.
  • Process and maintain accurate documentation and lien records for all cases.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with clients and insurance representatives to advance case resolution.
  • Support demand writers with administrative tasks and correspondence management.
  • Maintain case files and track demand-related documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Assist with lien processing, subrogation follow-up, and legal document handling.
  • Relay messages and communicate updates between internal legal team members.

Requirements

  • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
  • Experience handling legal documentation such as releases, CMS forms, PLED waivers, and 1.5.1 forms.
  • Strong phone communication skills for inbound and outbound interactions with clients and insurance adjusters.
  • Organizational skills to maintain comprehensive client files and track case documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate settlements and obtain signed legal documents.
  • Experience processing medical and legal liens and subrogation matters.
  • Experience managing professional correspondence through mail and electronic communication channels.
  • Some college coursework completed.
  • Ability to accurately take and relay messages between internal legal team members.
