Description

  • Communicate with clients and process servers by phone and email.
  • Prepare documents to be served, including data entry, scanning, and copying.
  • Prepare basic legal documents.
  • Review documents for accuracy.
  • Dispatch assignments to process servers.
  • Support other department members with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Keep up with changing client needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to type accurately at least 50 words per minute.
  • At least 2 years of relevant legal field experience in an attorney service, process serving company, private investigations company, records retrieval company, law firm, or similar employer.
  • Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, retain information, think creatively, and adapt to change.
