Description

Communicate with clients and process servers by phone and email.
Prepare documents to be served, including data entry, scanning, and copying.
Prepare basic legal documents.
Review documents for accuracy.
Dispatch assignments to process servers.
Support other department members with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Keep up with changing client needs and requirements.

Requirements

Ability to type accurately at least 50 words per minute.
At least 2 years of relevant legal field experience in an attorney service, process serving company, private investigations company, records retrieval company, law firm, or similar employer.
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good attendance and reliability.
Ability to multitask, learn quickly, retain information, think creatively, and adapt to change.
