Description

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations including planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive project governance, including risk identification, mitigation, and issue management.
  • Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to coordinate implementation activities.
  • Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates to maintain alignment and progress.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and enforce delivery standards and quality controls.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management or Implementation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, solution architects).
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and providing executive communication.
  • Strong experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Experience with multi-project management and prioritisation.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Excel (tracking and reporting), and PowerPoint (presentations).
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
  • Nice-to-have: Background in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy) and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
