Description

  • Review and validate the proposed SFMC-to-Braze migration strategy, scope, estimates, resourcing, and delivery plan.
  • Develop a migration roadmap covering data, audiences, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing.
  • Lead and guide the client’s technical team through the end-to-end migration.
  • Map SFMC journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs into Braze.
  • Identify technical dependencies, data issues, risks, and migration gaps.
  • Review migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows for accuracy, completeness, and launch readiness.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Proven experience completing an SFMC-to-Braze migration.
  • Strong understanding of SFMC journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.
  • Strong knowledge of Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.
  • Ability to independently lead migrations and guide technical and client stakeholders.
  • Braze certification is strongly preferred.
  • Availability during US Central business hours.
