Description

  • Support and advise clients across Oracle Cloud Financials with a focus on Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Resolve production issues and manage service requests in a Managed Services environment.
  • Lead functional enhancements and post-go-live support activities.
  • Gather, document, and analyze client business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud configuration solutions.
  • Support end-to-end P2P business processes including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing, payments, supplier onboarding, and spend analysis.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership to deliver solutions and improvements.
  • Provide functional leadership and best-practice recommendations to improve operational efficiency, controls, and client outcomes.
  • Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis for financial process and integration problems.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay modules, including Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Expenses, and/or Self Service Procurement.
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials Procure-to-Pay processes is strongly preferred and will be considered.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end P2P processes such as requisitioning, purchasing, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, payments, supplier onboarding, and spend analysis.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues, managing service requests, and delivering functional enhancements in a Managed Services or post-go-live support environment.
  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and recommend scalable Oracle Cloud configuration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, approval workflows, accounting impacts, and integrations related to Procure-to-Pay.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Budgetary Control, and Fixed Assets is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Smart View is desired.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials or Procurement certification, PeopleSoft Financials certification, public sector experience, and Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
