Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, and Inventory Management.
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Drive cadence meetings and stakeholder meetings, including configuration, Lean specs, FUTs, and solution validation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners by recommending process improvements and automation opportunities in the P2P lifecycle.
  • Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user training sessions.
  • Own module-level delivery across the full project lifecycle from design through build, test, and deploy.
  • Ensure delivery stays on schedule, within quality standards, and within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Define integration touchpoints and coordinate execution with technical teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts, review deliverables, and help maintain best practices.
  • Develop accelerators, templates, reusable assets, and support Oracle SCM practice growth and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM.
  • 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Proven experience leading module-level delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, and Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Deep understanding of data migration and system integrations.
  • Good understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BIP reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and solution discussions independently.
  • Experience working in global consulting environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global delivery model.
